No matter who we are or where we come from, when we pick up a controller, we can be a hero like Master Chief. Embodying his hope, strength, and honor opens the door for us to reflect these attributes in real life. Halo’s legacy made us believe in Master Chief; now he makes us believe in ourselves.
PART 1: STEP INSIDE
Master Chief's heroism is closely tied to his iconic gunmetal-green Mjölnir Armor. To invite players to become that hero in Halo Infinite, we showcased the armor's creation. Ultimately, it all means nothing until someone steps inside the armor.

This next film explores the long line of heroes throughout history who have answered the call to light the way, from the distant past to the near future. Master Chief carries the legacy of all these heroes with him as he charges into battle, the latest to take up the mantle.
Ólafur Arnalds - RADDIR
Ólafur Arnalds, very graciously, composed a custom version of his song Raddir for us to use on Forever We Fight. Later, we released the song as a single in conjunction with the film. I was fortunate enough to be trusted with designing the artwork for the single. Listen to the song here.
CARRY ON
Our :30 broadcast film allows us all to viscerally feel the energy and excitement of becoming a 7-foot-tall, super soldier in a thrillingly choreographed battle leading to the ultimate cinematic face-off between Master Chief and Tovarus.
BECOME MASTER CHIEF
Master Chief has always been a vessel every gamer can step into. To conclude our launch campaign, we turned Xbox’s iconic hero into a mirror for the many faces and diversity of Halo fandom.
In Become Master Chief experience, the face behind the visor was revealed for the first time. And it was all of us.
