Alper Kologlu was born early in the morning on a cold thursday in 1981. In his lifetime so far, he has worked as a mining engineer, an art director and a part time wanderer. He has solved complex differential equations and art directed ads for California Lottery, Gallo Family Vineyards, Sun Microsystems, Air New Zealand and San Francisco Zoo.

His ads did OK and got published in CMYK magazine and Graphis and won awards at the ADDYs and OBIEs. Unfortunately, his mining engineering career ended after he realized he is not a big fan of being underground wearing hard hats.

Alper considers himself as a fine young gentleman with a dash of awkwardness. He shoots hoops, scores goals, travels across continents and juggles his pins whenever he gets some free time.
